INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ShoesKicksy is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be:

• In original condition
• In original packaging
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:

• Items returned without original packaging
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

REFUNDS
